Black Rain Factory ships worldwide. Before placing an order, you can view the shipping costs for each location by selecting the correct country on the payment page. We recommend selecting your country on the homepage before browsing so you can see product prices in the correct currency. Black Rain Factory couriers will only deliver to the user's home address provided at the time of purchase. At present, it is not possible to deliver to the floor but only curbside. Delivery is generally made within 30 days or, if no delivery date is specified in the order confirmation, within the timeframe indicated on the product page and when selecting the delivery method at checkout. In the event of unexpected delivery delays, Black Rain Factory will notify the customer so that they can choose whether to accept the delivery extension or request the cancellation of the order, thus terminating the contract. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the carrier's warehouse. In this case, the customer will receive a communication indicating the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery. If the customer is unable to be present at the delivery location on the date and time communicated by the carrier, the customer must contact the carrier again to arrange a new delivery date. If the customer has difficulty in returning the order, to avoid stock closure and the return of the order to Black Rain Factory's warehouse, we recommend contacting Black Rain Factory customer service who will assist you with the carrier. If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to Black Rain Factory after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, it is presumed that the contract has been terminated. Following the termination, the amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs but excluding any additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the ordinary one offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. The resulting transport costs from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the purchaser. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of ordering. To return an item, you need to contact customer service to request the return. Black Rain Factory customer service will send the return shipping label to be placed on the package for the return of the goods. The customer can decide to return the product within 14 days of receiving the package containing the product provided it is packaged and not used.
Art. 2 - Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of delivery of the products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14 (fourteen) day period starts from the date of delivery of the last product. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase can send an email, indicating the buyer's name, order number, and date, to the address: factoryblackrain@gmail.com The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a possible explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively by sending the standard withdrawal form, referred to in Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory). The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, and complete with the attached fiscal documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Black Rain Factory will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the case of orders subject to free shipping promotion, the costs related to the return shipping will still be borne by the customer. If Black Rain Factory sends a prepaid return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refunded. The shipping amount varies based on the location and type of product and can be checked by adding this product in the Black Rain Factory website checkout. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Black Rain Factory may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the buyer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and/or products purchased on Black Rain Factory fall into the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Black Rain Factory will make the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the user intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank coordinates: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.
